Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
Please ensure that you complete your pre-appointment form before your scheduled appointment, and arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
Cancellation policies
To ensure all clients receive their full treatment time, our 15-minute grace period is strictly enforced. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointments will have their appointments canceled and will be charged 100% of the service price. No-shows and cancellations made on the same day as the appointment will also incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Payment policies
A $25 deposit is required for all services, except for members booking The You Glow Girl Signature Facial.
